This cooldown is NOT shared across rituals. You're only limit is that each ritual has a cooldown of 20 days. Pros: You can trigger this ritual at any time, such as during a psychic drone. There are two kinds of rituals: "Any Time" rituals and "Scheduled Holidays". Bypassing the "unburied colonist" and "colonist died" debuffs would require some creative problem solving. (ToDo: Do funerals have no cooldown timer? Can they stack? If so, they might be viable under special circumstances. It gives a lousy mood buff, no special benefits, and can only be performed if you have a freshly dead colonist AND a grave. I recommend removing the Funeral ritual with the right click menu. Your choice of Structural Symbol does not restrict your Style choice in any way. NOTE: You can right click on any Style to remove it or swap it out with a different style. It's only draw is highly flammable, very expensive rugs. They have a niche role in furry tribal playthroughs due to turning war masks into cosmetic animal masks. Do you like skulls? Like, a lot?Īnimalistic is worse than Morbid, as it can't improve Columns, tables, or light sources. Morbid has a little of everything, including cosmetic changes to power armor helmets. To make up for it, it comes with a cosmetic change for dining chairs! Wooden floors are a flammable liability in the late game, though. Totemic has a little of everything, including wooden floors that satisfy nobles - with no research recquired. None of these add Style, but they look cool! ![]() ![]() Techist is the only style to improve Plant Pots, Shelves, and Autodoors. These metal floors do not recquire research, and count as fine floors for nobles. Spike is the only style to improve Dusters, and is the only way to add style to metal floors. Each offers something no other style does. Even if you select a Christian symbol, for example, you can right click on the Christian Style to remove it or swap it out for a different style. Note that style is a separate and unrelated choice to your Symbol. The "Diversity of Thought" precept determines which of these gives a mood bonus (or malus).įor reference, a single column or small sculpture is enough to provide 10 impact, provided you have at least one style that affects sculptures or furniture. If the total impact of styles not shared by a pawn's ideology is 10 or more, they will have 'diverse' thoughts. If the total impact of styles within 27 tiles of a pawn is 10 or more, they will have 'uniform' thoughts. The beauty bonus of floors, floor decoration, and statues can all stack on the same tile. The 4x4 costs 150 resource, adds 40 Style Dominance, and 30 beauty. ![]() The 3x3 costs 100 resource, adds 30 Style Dominance, and 15 beauty. The wood and metal variants don't recquire any research to build, making it possible to rush titles in the early game. Note that the stone floor variants are the cheapest at about ~36 silver per tile, making them desirable if you are managing your wealth. The stats of floors are otherwise identical to vanilla fine flooring, including the 20 resource cost, 3 beauty (4 for carpet), with the only addition being a Style Dominance of 1. The Morbid carpet is just as flammable as regular carpet. Note that all "wood" floors added have the same stats as stone, including 0% flammability but are slightly flammable.
